Hey guys Im new here. Bassically I dont understand how some individuals (especially in comic art) are able to pull off such deaply engraved clean lines into there art work. Latly Ive been trying to find some form of inspiration into getting into this kind of stlye of creating more interesting shapes rather than shades usually. Im a preaty experianced artist, but have been having trouble really taking the imagination of the anatomy and making it into a clear piece like that found in most comic art and concept rather than in the shades that most individual's see. (In fact, I wonder if its just they use bristole board instead of regular sketch paper to ensue those results) I dont know, if someone does though....
