Hey everyone
These are some experiments I did in a different style to my usual that I thought I'd post up here. I used references but the second looks like he's got tiny arms...i guess i buggered up the foreshortening or because there's a lot of shadow on the arms it doesn't give the illusion of foreshortening...
oh well...

Thanks Junior Mints,
All I did was look at the reference photos and use my graphics tablet and the brush tools in Photoshop.

Has anyone got any ideas for ways that I can push this stuff and make it more interesting?

Thanks for explaining. I'm not a newb to art like it might look like, I just haven't gotten a chance to learn a lot of techniques on my wacom (just got it). I am very good in PS but have yet to learn painter.

Do you have custom brushes in photoshop? and if oyu do, where do you get them (or do you make your own).
