Annoying pressure problem (yes, I read the sticky)

Hello all.

I have a volito 2 tablet (european type tablet for the US centric of you) and ran into a pretty annoying problem. I have to press pretty hard against the surface to get the tablet to do anything. I am trying to use it at the moment for handwriting purposes but I get tired from having to maintain pressure on the pen like that... I have the newest driver.

Does anyone have or know this problem and maybe have a solution? :S

It also seems to periodically break contact, as in, I am writing a sentence, holding the pressure constant, but the lines skipping out on me :(

I'm really not familiar with this make of Wacom tablet since it's European, have you tried the Europe Wacom forums for support?
