MIAD or MICA

Okay folks, so, these have basically been the two schools I've been stuck between since the beginning of my junior year. I'm most interested in painting, though I'd likely enroll in the inter-disciplinary studies program of either one. Obviously, MIAD will be significantly easier to handle financially, but I'm still really struggling to choose. I've visited both schools (spent three weeks at MIAD's pre-college as well) and have been fairly well impressed both ways.

So, my question is, could anyone put in a strong word for or against either side?
