This is a Commission for Work. All the people are Training and Quality Managers and above. Thoughts?

Its a charicature (styalized) for a devision of my company. They asked me for it for their little get together. Was just asking for a basic idea of your thoughts. No real direction or question.

EYES!! They look soulless. Unless that's intentional...

Bodies would be good too. Just the heads with that floating hair behind them is...weird. You'd do a lot for this piece by adding shoulders and upper torsos to everyone.

Unless your after an alien look, Iwould add human features such as eye balls and noses.
I have seen your images before and have liked many, BUT without human feature you can't really call this a caricature (however you spell it).
The hair shapes and mouths suggest a good amount of personality, but again just too alien.
Keep going.

Thank you for the feedback. I saw it a day late and a doller short. The person I was doing this for loves my normal alien style and wanted charicatures (sp) in that style for their staff. They get a hoot out of it for some reason.
I see what you mean about the shoulders and necks. I was thinking about that too when I was finalizing this piece. Something to keep in mind for the next time around :)
Thank you!

Heh, if they like that, then cool! Go you!
Maybe something to keep in mind for next time...
