Project name: Sketched!
Brief description: This is a final project at the University of Southern California's Gamepipe program. It is a 2D platformer which can be played cooperatively, with one player controlling an avatar and the other controlling an "artist" whose job it is to draw on the world to assist the character.
Target aim: Freeware (or more if any companies are interested)
Compensation: None, as this is a student project. However, USC sponsors an industry "Demo Day" in which HR personnel from various companies (EA, Activision, etc.) come and watch presentations of the games made. You will be fully credited and it's a great way to get your name out there.
Talent needed: We are in need of a 2D artist. The style is simple (as the concept of the game involves a stylized stick figure as the main character) and cartoony. See attached link to video for a feel of what the style is like.
We are currently working on a very small cinematic comprised of a series of still images. We have rough storyboard of what we need, and need an artist's touch to bring it to life.
Also, we need a stylized "map" screen. This screen will be used to select levels (similar to Mario 3 or Final Fantasy overworlds).
Team structure: I am the producer of the game, although I also wear a programming hat when the need arises. We are a relatively small team with 9 members (4 designers, 5 engineers). As you can see, none of us are artists...

Trainer, a "pokemon/neopets" style game that aims to teach the value of healthy eating habits and exercise to a younger audience.

Additional Info: The main premise of the game is that a kid falls asleep in class after doodling in his notebook. He finds that he needs to help his doodle-man on an adventure through what appears to be his imagination.
