More contrast is what you need, plus i'm not sure if the devil would be wearing those pants. Looks good, I like the drawing of the girl a lot. That hand pose is pretty hard to pull off, you did well with it.

Well, I think the devil is what you make it, if you think it needs pants, then make it so. But I agree, this could use some needed contrast. I like the coloring though, I wish I could color like that.
