I usually post my 2D art but lately I've been doing tons of 3D modelling.
The 2nd image is somewhat of an homage to that Evil Dead 2 cover :)

Sorry if they are a little dark on some people's screens but I felt it fit the theme.

Awesome! I know that you modeled all those herpes in, lol, but have you considered using a displacement map to help pop some other parts out. Blah blah blah... back to my work. Looks really good! I'd love to animate that head, maybe eating some food or something.

Yeah, I agree with Kunglejing. Some displacements could really help to add some minute details that would help make it a little more realistic and naaaaassssty. Also, if you used some specularity maps and some subobject mapping, you could really make those wounds look absolutely revolting ;p Nice work though. I dig the eyes. What software are you using?

Man, Like I said, I really dig the freaky eyes and the sunken cheek bits. I already have this in my reference folder. Really freaky stuff man. :evilbat:

Thanks guys!
I should definitely go in and add a bit more detail to the smaller areas.
This was kind of thrown together in a few hours using max and zbrush (for the smaller details). The renderer is the default max renderer with a bunch of low level lights setup. I hate using brazil and mental ray since they are so slow. Usually if you take the time you can get the same quality with a lot of tricks.
Also the specular is actually really strong but the lights are so diffuse that it starts to look matte again. From angles where the camera is straight on the specular is actually kind of nasty and overdone... It was hard finding a nice specular that worked in all situations. So in a lot of those shots I would adjust the specular just so it would look good for that specific render.
