runtime error on painter 11

recently i got corel painter 11, and i have install it. but i have some problem. the first time i use it, it run smoothly, but after i shut down my computer, i just can't open the application. it says that "runtime error:" and i don't know what to do. and the same thing happen to my corel sketchpad. is there anyone can help me??

My painter 11 work fine in my window 7 64 bit without any errors since I bought and installed it last three week ago. I examined and tested everything that work perfectly.

I haven't seen Runtime error on painter 11 before. No idea what caused in your computer system. Try uninstall painter 11 and sketchpad then restart your computer before reinstall them but first close all of applications and internet before that. Hope it solve your problem.
