album cover design

I did this for my friend's band... it's a wraparound cover for their cd. the lettering is temporary, i'm not the one that's going to handle that. comments appreciated!

hah, i almost didn't see the fingernail to the eye. I really want more color in the background characters. I feel like there are two levels and there should be three. The negative space, the background chars, and the main red guy. The first two are stuck together and really flat. I know it's a style choice and all, just my two cents.

Yeah i agree with Kunglejing, i think it would look real cool with some blue and green hues on the zombies, nothing too bright or saturated though. Nice work though :)

make the zombie eyes white. I think that would help alot on its own

Maybe put a few tiny highlights on the clawing zombie's fingernails and whiten the zombies eyes and teeth.

The cop is fine, though.

thanks for the comments guys, i can see what you're saying about the color choices... although I'm trying to keep the background characters a little subtle so that the text that'll be put on doesn't get lost in the busyness of everything. I played for hours with color combinations.. if I could, I would have done it full color, but design restrictions got in the way.
