Well you certainly have a good grasp of the human face and expression. I do notice however, that these are all very similar works, and my best suggestion would be:diversify, diversify, diversify.

It is hard I know (I have to force myself to do it), but trying something new and different does nothing but good to stretch your art and imagination muscles.
