So far this is what I have..

I'm not sure how much detail I should put into the rest of the dragon..

Pleeeez give some helpful crits and comments.. I want to make this picture better... and I want to learn from it

This is looking cool so far =)
You should definitely fully render the rest of it..make this your masterpiece if you want to =P
My only suggestions are to make his right leg make more sense anatomically, by not making it such a perfect curve and more of how a human leg is shaped, you know?
And also, it looks like, wing-wise, hes not vertically symetrical (like symetrical over a vertical line I mean), because it seems that his left wing is coming from his back, while his right is from the side.
I cant wait to see more work on this =D

I changed the front limbs to arms.. changed the neck to a hump.. made the BG a little lighter..

does it look better?
