yes, this has been posted before.
by the way, about using this site as a reference, do you guys think these models and their poses have good gesture? How natural and fluid are their poses? I was wondering if its even a good idea for me to be using this site to practice my figure drawing. I'd like to simply because it's so easy to use and I can rotate the angles and everything, but if the poses are stiff and mechanical, I don't think it's very good for my practice.

I've heard complaints that the figures lack weight, as in the muscles and fat aren't affected by gravity like the real stuff is. If you compare posemanics and real figures, the difference is pretty clear. I guess its fine for quick, 30 second gestures though.
