Hi everyone, my name is Jared Riley. I'm the owner of the online Flash Game Studio Hero Interactive (http://www.herointeractive.com). If you're on sites such as ArmorGames.com, AddictingGames.com, Kongregate.com, etc..., you may have heard of us. Some of our popular games include the Bubble Tanks and StormWinds series.

----------------------------------------------------------

We have two (2) different projects coming up that we could use your services on:

1) Artist for StormWinds Difference game

We are looking for about 16 images in roughly a 700x400 px size (yet to be confirmed) in color. The images will be used in a Spot the Difference type game set in our StormWinds universe which is a Steampunkish theme. If you would like to see more of what the StormWinds world looks like right now, you can play our latest game in the series (a strategy/shooter) called StormWinds: The Lost Campaigns available to play for free online at http://www.herointeractive.com/swtlc/

2) Artist for a new un-named series

We are working on the design for a massive new online game that will push the limits of Flash. Set in a space, we will need art for the various races and characters in the game.

This project is split into two phases:
i) The first phase is some concept art, probably 2-3 images to be used in the game design doc and to pitch the project to our partner.

ii) Should the game be approved (we are almost 100% sure it will), we will move into phase 2. We may need roughly 10 images in addition to the previous ones to represent all the different races in our game. We may also have a need for a poster or other promotional art for the game, but that is yet to be decided.

----------------------------------------------------------

Hero Interactive would need to own the full rights to the art produced, but we wouldn't mind you throwing the images up on your portfolio.

If either or both of these projects are of interest to you, please contact Jared Riley at contact@herointeractive.com . Please provide information on what project(s) interest you, links to your portfolio and work example, your rates and a rough estimate (doesn't need to be exact, just give us some ideas on what you typically charge), and any other information you feel is appropriate/relevant.

Thanks!

If anyone else would like to apply, please do so today or tomorrow as we're going to be wrapping this up.
