I'll give you some feedback, since no one else will it seems :p
The top of the hand is too bumpy, and the knuckles are too big.
Some hands have less fat in the fingers than others, this one has more than usual, so I suggest you try and draw different hands, as opposed to just one. That way you can figure our which is best. However I think the thumb is the opposite, too skinny.
The nails are, in general, too skinny as well, especially on the thumb. Take another look at how the nails are structured and how they extend out of the finger. You have them just stopping at the sides, when in fact they go into the skin a little bit.
My last point is about the joint wrinkles. The way you shaded them, and drew them, in a sense, makes them look as if they are cuts rather than overlapping pieces of skin. Make sure you get the correct shading and line structure in those areas by taking a good look at your own.
Don't draw on instinct (the way you think the lines will move) always keep an eye on your reference! Very important!!
