Hi,

I´m currently going to an art school in Norway, that SUCKS..

I need help finding a school that focuses on concept art. The biggest problem is not finding such a school, but finding one that provides you with a bachelor degree, so as to get scholarship from the government.

Preferably I would like to apply for the art department in san francisco, but It´s to expensive without the scholarship. Any ideas on other kinds of funding maybe?

Anyways, would be awesome if anyone could shed a glimmer of light on this dreadful dilemma :(

There aren't any schools in San Francisco that specifically focus on concept art. Closest to that would be game design that's covered at Academy of Art (http://www.academyart.edu), but that's even more expensive than TAD. They accept international students though, so that can be your key to staying in the country unless you have the visa problems covered.
Also California College of the Arts is another good school, along with the Art Institute, but both are just as pricey.
One more I can list is City College (http://www.ccsf.edu) That's where I'm at. They don't offer art degrees (closest to that is Architecture), but there are plenty of excellent art classes and you might be able to afford it.
