Photoshop 7 Issue

Hey Guys,

I just installed my version of photoshop 7 on my laptop (running windows 7) and it after I install it, it keeps on coming up with a 'vbox error' saying it 'failed to initialize security client. Error code 202.'

Has anyone run into this before, or have a clue how I can solve it?

Try reinstalling the software, it may fix the problem, if it still doesn't fix the issue, try to contact adobe support

Photoshop 7 is very old program that is not compatible with new Window 7 in your laptop. Suggest you to uninstall all of it and don't bother to reinstall it so it's no good. Look at your package box of photoshop 7 for system requirement so it didn't say window 7 long time ago. I don't need to install my old photoshop 6 into my window 7 so I decided buying photoshop CS4 and gave old PS 6 away to my brother that using Window XP. Why not buy photoshop CS4 that fit window 7 in your laptop if you can afford to buy. If you have photoshop CS3, you can buy to upgrade it to become PS CS4 but not old photoshop 7. Anyways, I believe full version of PS CS4 is around $900.00 at any computer store near your home. Upgrade version is around $200.00.
