what does it means?

You first asked if someone would be interested on a commercial project, and you said "write me and I'll pass on your info".

Then, without any reply, you say "the job has been filled" ?

Explain the situation if you can, please.

It means she found someone within 2 days of the OP (March 2nd). It's now the 4th.
