I am really happy with the pens I have that are all sub .5, but for thicker lines I have been just using a uniball which is pretty bad ink. I am looking for pens .7 and up that have are built nice, have areally good ink quality, and don't clog up too fast. I work with markers too, so the ink should be able to stay pretty good.

Can anybody make me a suggestion or two?

Thanks.
Matt.

Well, I peeked around Dick Blick (http://www.dickblick.com/categories/pens/#drawingpens) for you and found the following:

A 4-pack of Staedtler (http://www.dickblick.com/products/staedtler-pigment-liner-sketch-pen-set/) pens that includes a 0.7 mm pen.

A Copic Multiliner (http://www.dickblick.com/products/copic-multiliner-pens/) 7-pack that includes both a 0.8 mm and a 1.0 mm pen.

An individual Artline (http://www.dickblick.com/products/artline-drawing-pens/) drawing pen of 0.8 mm width.

There might be more as not all of the pen companies provide millimeter measurements.

I have found nothing better then the copic multiliners ink marker wise. You can find them at any local art store, and are often sold with replaceable nibs and ink cartriges.

Although, with practice, I think pen and india ink is your best bet, its by far the cheapest and gives you the most freedom with your lines, but if you spill it, your not getting it out of anything.

You might try a lettering dip pen, like a Speedball C3. Ruling pens are actually pretty good if you need to draw thick straight lines with a ruler or compass, but not so good for freehand drawing. If you want flexibility go for a brush.
