Been a long time since I posted... Thought I let this one loose on the world. Background could use some more finishing-up but the girl's quite done. ;)

I totally agree with you on the background issue, however I think you've got a nice style going here in the character too. Just one thing, the anatomy of that arm and shoulder is really wonky. It might also be a good idea to show the other arm in the pose too, because having it entirely gone, although possible in the pose, flattens her out and just plain looks a little wierd.
Once again though, nice stylization.

Looks pretty clean. Though i have a few crits:

Her right leg should be visible a little i think. Looks like it's just gone.. should propably see her knee or something even though it's going into the bush.
Also i think it looks a little like her head is too deep, sorta. Taking from the ears placement, it seems to go too far back.

Other than that i think it's cool, clean and nicely done mate :D

Shouldnt someone that lives in the wild be a bit dirty? Or are your elves generally very clean folk?

I have to agree it`s nice and clean, just a tad too clean perhaps.
