Hi everybody, I'm new here... Just thought I should start with posting this here hand sketch

welcome to ca.org man, i'm new as well,
thats a pretty good job on the hand man, all I can say is you should put some shadowing in there, darken the lines where there is darker shadow, etc.

i like it...i remember myself being terrible at drwing hands...damn, it feels good when you get better at something!:D

i find it helpful to look at the negative space as well as the positive when drawing from life. it helps to define the silhouette more accurately.

The only thing I really see wrong with it is the ring finger on the first hand. I think it's a little bit too long. Just add some shading and those could be awesome.

Too long, huh? Well, I drew that from life (it's my hand), so it's posible. I had that finger broken sometime ago, it might be a bit misshapen.

I would work on the shading, but I lost the original pic. (That's what you get from improving your drawings during English class.)
