I think your anatomy on the face is a little off. The nose and mouth seem to be going a different direction from which way the eyes and face are going. The colors in the hair are awesome, but it doesn't really fit with the style of the rest of the piece. If you were to do the same style with color into the rest of the painting I think it would bring it all together alot better. If you look at the rest of the painting you'll see that you used on the white cloth, just a darker gray for shadows rather than throw some blues into it, or for the lights it's just white rather than the color of the light, which it seems to be yellow. Basically what you did in the hair I'd suggest you do for the rest of the piece. I really like this painting and with a few touch-ups I think it can be a solid piece of art. Please update if you do decide to change it. :)
