Best light source for drawing?

I normally draw with indirect lighting (a ceiling overhead light and a halogen floor lamp on in the lower left hand corner in relation to my desk). Today I saw a fluorescent lamp that said it's a "full spectrum" type and decided to give it a try. I was really impressed at how crisp it makes everything look in comparison to the normal "yellow" colored light I've been using. I was wondering there any particular advantages to other types of light I might have over looked?

while drawing from a model (a still life, life drawing stuff), I like to use natural lighting. Thats why I hate drawing a school. We have these huge flourest lights that are all over the ceiling which makes no shadows. Plus with all the annoying people who bitch the whole time "I don't wanna do this!", its hard to concentrate.

I'm still drawing outlines and not so much with shadows, so i'm just using a normal desklight with a 40w bulb :D

But i guess for life drawing it's usefull to be in natural lighting ... i dont think the "color" of light matter much untill you are drawing colors.. othervise it's propably just eyecandy so to speak :D
