Austin texas artists!!

H.O.P.E. is doing an event with TOMS shoes in March, that I am recruiting artists for. I need 6-10 artist that would be willing to paint on TOMS shoes for the customers. They would make $10/per pair of shoes. We would sell the shoes and include the art price and then pay them at the end of the event. Do you know anyone who might be interested in doing that? TOMS have done these events in California and other places and have had good success, especially if the artist promotes to their following as well.
