Hello,
This has never happened to me before but now it's becoming a serious issue. I've looked everywhere online for this problem but hasn't been able to find any answer. I wondered if any one of you have this problem before and I will appreciate it if you can help me out.
Lately, I've been trying to convert my sketches within Corel Painter 11 from PAINTER RIFF file to JPEG, PNG, or GIF but when I try to upload them or send them in emails, they only come up as "not valid files." I did compress my layers first together so they would produce less number of kilobytes for converting to another file but to no avail. Do you have any idea why this is happening? Or is Corel Painter 11 just that nasty?
Thank you.
Sincerely,
SR-5.
