looks good, but:

i think adding some specular highlights on the doll would be nice & make it come much more out.
also, adding more of a an occlusion shadow under the head would make it seem more like it was lying on the floor, it seems to me that it's hovering a bit.

Interesting concept you have done. I agree with plaf though about the head hovering too much. More highlights and more shadows needed.

Maybe you shouldn't draw the electric socket that geometrical, it contrasts a lot with all the hand draw curves of the doll.. I'd suggest to add a bit of perspective, or something..
