if you don't mind a suggestion to the first one:
put a small bird in the android's chest and remove the text.
The expression on his face and his pose will tell the whole story without you saying it directly.

ugh crit alert. Your falling leaves seem to lack depth as if they are falling in a sheet rather than a 3 dimentional space.
They seem unessesarally boring and I bet it's also an easy fix. Just my 2 cent. I love it though.

Oh yea...nice colors and good rendering. But the typographic layout is poor. Maybe, you can get rid of that black columns and condense the words together. The main focus is gotto be the image, but i can't focus on it at the moment. Or put the words at the bottom of the image... The art is extremely good! please do not ruin it...nice work again.

I completely agree with everyone saying lose the text.

And the same on the comments that LEN made about the leaves, I almost didn't even notice them. At first glance I thought it was just a background texture.

Plus, I think that the hand is render badly compared with the rest of the image. It appears very flat and blurred. Plus the shape of the finger segments look very rectangler in comparision to the very human 'curved' appearance of the rest of his body.

I f@#$%&* hate drawing hands, which is why I always notice them. This part is not up to the fantastic standard of the rest of the piece.

yeah the new layout makes for a much nicer composition. Is there any chance you could make a tutorial on your texture creation? I remember a few months back there was a girl with a cat you rendered the same way that I like just as much.
