photoshop question

Can anyone tell me how to change a scanned pencil drawing to a printable non-photo blue in photoshop?

After you scan your line art, make a channel out of it,(select all, copy, paste into chanels..ie make new channel) adjust brightness and contrast so you dont pick up any of the paper, but as much pencil as possible. Select your line art chanel, create a new layer, fill with blue. Now you have your line art on a layer, as the color blue.
