Here is a Free easy host. But you won't be able to post images. At least you will have work on the web. \
http://www.anycities.com
NOTE! There is NO SUCH THINGS AS FREE webspace that allows remote linking(posting images).
I got this GREAT $90/year deal which includes everything you need. Registration, Hosting, ect...

Go to www.portfolios.com, and you can sign up for free and post images but it is only 1 meg of space. It isn't much but you can post a couple of jpg images up there, its a good place to start, and its free. Hope that helps.

Photobucket is a good place to put your images, but if you also want a website with your domain name then i suggest www.Doteasy.com. 25 dollars a year, how can you beat that!!

PhotoBucket...
Monthly Usage: To view your bandwidth and disk space usage, got into your account preferences. Photobucket currently allows 100 megs of disk space ( ~2000 pictures ) and 2,500 megs of bandwidth ( ~50,000 hits ). This should be more than enough for the average user. Non donators will see a percentage sign next to your bandwidth and album size, this indicates the how much you've used for that month. If you are to greatly exceed your bandwidth, direct linking on your account could be disabled. Bandwidth resets once per month. The best way to control this is to keep your picture sizes small and be careful where you direct link from.
Seems decent...
I wonder how long it will last.
