that's not bad.. it's generally the same. the details are quite different, pay attention to exactly where different shades fall and the shape of the highlights. make sure it's consistent also, so if you choose one part dark and you see other parts similarly dark in your picture, make sure you darken those to be equal too. For example the inside of the upper lip should actually be a little brighter/more saturated than the middle as you have the reflection, also the lower specular shine is much brighter than the more dull light spot on the top, but in this picture they look about the same shade.

Anyway, good luck on your sketchbook and I hope this helps at all. good start, keep going. :)

Good, although i believe you should be more careful with with colors you choose.
In particular id like to bring attention to that big highlight on her upper lip. In the reff its considerably less bright than in your rendition of the image.
Its tough to always get the right colors when your going off of a reff, and sometimes its just not going to come out right,in that case you should employ your artistic knowledge and improvise to create something new.
I'd recommend you look long and hard at a particular color on a reff if youre having trouble with it. Look at it intently and consider all possibilities. For example, I have personally confused a darker brown for a dark maroon, I'd assume things like this generally happen. Thats why you should not only look at the color, but think about it as well.

Oh and also, try drawing the area around the lips, not just the lips themselves, thatll give you a better knowledge of how not only the lips look, but how the surrounding facial features look in that particular position as well.

Good luck and welcome to CA :)

Oh and one more thing, in the past when I had trouble figuring out a color, I took a think piece of paper, put a small hole through it and put it on top of the undecided color.
This separates it from the surrounding colors which may corrupt your perception of it.

Just a few more sketches. I need to start drawing everyday. =.=
Oh BTW hank you for those tips that people gave me. Im very very new to digital painting and im not a very skillful painter in the first place so it will take a lot of practice.
