i dunno about this guy something looks wrong...i know the face is crap cuz i suck at them....but any help on anatomy would be cool

...it would be nice to see his feet. It would also be nice if the sketch were re-sized so that we didn't have to scroll both ways to see it all. ;)

As for anatomy; try drawing skulls. It might help with drawing faces, because it will give you an understanding of the underlying structure. Try to draw real people; draw yourself. Use a mirror, and you can even just practice drawing your own hands and feet.

The shading is off to a good start; in some places it makes the figure look 3-dimensional.

just a little aside note... the kilt is too short, they should stop just at the knee, when you kneel down, they touch the floor.

and for a more warrior look, use a wrap around kilt instead of a formal dress one.
