hey guys,

Ive been doing alot of artwork, and drawings since.. forever, but im still using a standard HB pencil set, a drawing scrapbook and a desk.

Now I see everyone else doing stuff with walcom tablets (is that right?), and drawing boards. Honestly i think I fell out of the loop sometime back. I know what these things are... but what is the real advantage of using them?

hi

Well I have had my wacom for about a year but in all honesty i have used it like 1month in total countin all the days. reason why i bought it was because of costs.

Magic Markers, paints etc costs.

Even though i prefer old style , pen to paper as it feels more
natural to me. But having started with wacom again it actually great. No mess and you can come on the comp sketch experiment about, delete etc all at a softwares cost.

I am still trying to get use to the tablet. i still cannot draw like i would on normal paper GRRRR.

You have to ask your self why do you need it? how often are you going to use it? prices of software = painter and photoshop.

hope i can help i feel like a noob! :) gl dude :D:bash:
