Most of your scans look pretty clean. A few tips for the ones that don't ;
1. If you have work on the backside of the sheet you are scanning, put a piece of dark or black paper or card over the scan. Most scanners have white inside the lids, but this will only help show through the work behind. Black will reduce this substantially.
2. Use photoshop levels to get a better white balance. Look at some of your scans where you can see the white on the inside of the lid, as well as your paper. If you are drawing on white paper, your should not be able to tell the difference. Use levels to adjust the white point until you can no longer see the edge.
3. after getting a clean white ponit, use contract/brightness to bring up the pencil work a bit more. Do this carefully or you will loose a lot of the detail.
4. Try not to crumple or fold the paper before scanning
There are probably more things to try, but this should be a good starting point.
