I'd still like some opinions as to what level I'm at and if I have any chance of getting a job at my current skill level. Hopefully the picture links will work this time.

I know that my use of color, shading, perspective, etc. isn't great - but I'm interested in concept design, not illustration, storyboarding, advertising, fine art, etc. keep that in mind, but I'd still appreciate any advice regarding any of it -

Unfortunately, color, shading, perspective, etc. are VERY important for not only illustration, storyboarding, and advertising, but also concept design. Color, shading, and perspective are all tools that we use to give visual clarity to our images. Concept design is ALL about clarity.
I checked out your site, and was really impressed by the amount of work you have. However, clarity is an issue that you really have to work with. Ask people around you what they think is happening in your drawings, and what they think things are. If it takes them a while to figure out the form or function of things in that drawing, then you might want to take it back to the drawing board.

The sketches you have are pretty interesting, but I have to say that I feel like I've seen them before. They're neat robots but it doesn't seem like they stand out as individuals. I think to improve your designs you could find something that interests you outside of the robotic gaming world and bring it into your ideas. Try to "think outside the box" even though I know that sounds cliche.
There needs to be something unique in your work that stands out to catch the eye of someone who might hire you. Be it style, color, or form, it should be all of them.
You should check out some of the tutorials here on conceptart as well, to imporve all those skills you mention not being good at. Also draw tons. Draw everything. Especially electronics and stuff like that from observation, it's the only way to really get better.
