Love the overall texture and tone, BUT on second glance the red 'line' really bugs me. Is it there for a reason? If so, what is it?

Your work rocks. Not much more to say...

Really like the style...

I first saw the red line as some kind of post, though even if its not representational I think it provides that extra bit of compositional weight on the left that would otherwise be missing, namly due to the figure in the background.

tx!:D
>SEVANS : Sorry but I cannot say, I want people to find what this is. This was done on purpose and is the key of my pic, so I have to keep it secret for now.
>Main Loop : this is a mix between differents textures, some paintings on it with differents brushes in painter, and in photoshop.

I could probably guess the way you got those textures working but i think i better zip my mouth. Apart from that the who painting is absolutely marvellous, the tone, texture, ambience and colour give more than what is there, really cool stuff man. cheers :chug:

I definitely love the pic overall. The texture, colour and especially style is great. When I look at the pic, I see the red line as part of the characters' surroundings (I was thinking part of some ruined structure), but out of focus because of the depth of field of the composition. The only very small crit I have is that I think that the handle of the weapon that the first character is holding could be longer, just to define the weapon more. This is only a minor point though, it's a great picture.:D

great picture-your french ppl...always insanely good:)
could it be that the red line symbolizes a cut the first character has just made into the viewer?:)

Like Carnifex, I think that its a cut, but it's very clean (not any splatter) and is still distracting me.

very interesting technique...those guys in the background are great too, they form a nice background but dont take away from the charachter up front...

Extremely cool.
I'd say the pic is meant to be a painting of a real panting to which the bloody line (and fingerprints?) have been applied, with help from Apocalypse and/or Judgement.
Am I close?
