Hi, I'm new student. Now I'm taking my first figure drawing class. I want to know how I can improve more. My friend told me it looks like doll, not looks like human. And I totally agree with that. Of course this is my second day of class, I will learn more but I want to hear you guy's opinion so far and for future.

I attatched some 10 min drawing and 2min drawing.
Quality is not so good. I'm really sorry about that.

Hope you guys can help me out.

For your first figure drawing class I would say "U Roxxor!!!"...

hell.. I'm gonna

U ROXXOR!!!!

there.. anywho, lets keep it kind of serious.. I see style forming there. A good one. If I would be planted in front of a model doing a pose and all that I think I wouldnt be able to do anything half like that one.. Just a little more practice and you'll be really good.

btw. shoot your friend.. :) Drawings aint supposed to be like photographs.. if they would then whats the point of drawing?

Like Talmir said ahead of me, more practice and you'll get the hang of things. The one thing I noticed right away with the first pic is just anatomical issues regarding legs too short or head too big, things like that, which we all go through when learning. I myself am by no means anatomically correct.... , and am currently learning as well. SO good luck to you!:chug:

Hey thank you guys for your kind opinion. I can not recognized anatomical mistake in my work when I draw. But after hear your opinion I feel I have a custom to make the head bigger (or make foot smaller). And I also know the only way to fix it is practice. Thanks guys to point me out. Good luck to you guys also!

Hi, I just wanted to say WOW. You are doing really really well for your first figure drawing class (I'm quite jealous). With practice, you're gonna kick butt.

Oh, you may want to use www.photobucket.com to host your images. You get more storage space there, than you would with a Yahoo Briefcase.

Thanks ramoutar for your reply. Still I'm learning.

And I also want to say WOW! www.photobucket.com works very well. I made my account and put some dairy sketches in there. If you guys have some interests, take a look.

Thanks again ramoutar.
