Painting practice..puke face

I'm still getting used to painting on my computer. I did this using a painting applet online, I think it's a good way to practice. I hope to do something much more complex in Photoshop once I've practiced more. Crit as much as you want or just keep drinking that yummy coke.

What program do You use to paint ?

And what Tool do You use to smoothen the face from the first Picture to the second (if ya know what i mean):D

I used an online applet on 2draw.com, I can't wait to do something in Photoshop, so much more effercts. I wish you could just right click to use the eyedropper intead of having to sellect the tool everytime. I'm lazy after using that applet I guess.
