Need art done for album, Willing to pay $$$$$

Need something almost 100% identical to this, obviously going to be alot different on the same note. I just want a similar background (not exactly the same,you can get creative) different colors...but generally same quality...and around the same drawing style(obviously will and can be different)

Anyone who reads this from here on.... if your interested in the job....come up with something and send me a tagged sample, because im on deadline....tons of people are messaging me but are coming up with nothing! More information would be quite useful, if you want someone to draw the example of that album cover, not knowing some things make really hard to come up with a decent design that might fit.

I asume, that there would be a band name and the album title etc. Also likely maybe some band members also want to be on that cover picture? Having that to know would help a lot, I understand that you were in the rush, but rushing isn't always useful:P

I totally forgot I didnt leave any details on this forum like I did the other three im posting on....ive been searching everywhere ...I think ive found my artist though....

minus the person....and all the writing and logo....where Q-train is I want it to say "The Haze" then under that put 2010 and my name Jae in bottom right corner....maybe a tad smoke theme would be kind of cool....Purple/Black/White/Silver colors for everything....and just a small touch of any other color the artist wants to put in(and yes I do want a small touch of other color like maybe the blue in that picture..or pink...optional..but not specifically between those colors)....I want the depth of the art to be just as crazy and detailed(almost the same)....other then that be creative
