Is he wearing pants? I can't tell.

The image isn't very clear, so its difficult to crit, but something looks wrong with your chest/neck area.

i know i know i was on a close zoom on the chest.. and yes hes wearing pants cause.. i got lost i told u these r just ideas so their really nothing
