Hello, hello!
I thought practising is a brilliant idea. So I'll practise everyday. Maybe I won't upload everything everyday, but I'm practising. It would be a great thing if you could give me feedback, because I feel like a loser if noone gives me critique :)
This post is kinda long. I'm sorry!

Good start! Nice to see some variety and that you are trying different things. I would say to try to go more in depth on the values in the observational stuff. Some figure studies would help too I think, because the lighting on your figures in some instances looks very even and cylindrical. Keep it up!

AH...the top image is so big I have to scroll over :(
Those object pencil studies are decent. Instead of several strokes try to place only a few to lines, so your object don't look hairy. You can use line strokes and then darken them later, blue pencils are popular for this. One other method is "ghosting" you swing a stroke above the paper to point "A" to point "B" and then plot your line when you are ready. Industry designers do this, and they have line work as sharp as rulers.
The dragon painting is interesting.

The first one is no bad.
And this one http://www.conceptart.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=860353&stc=1&d=1261352398 is good looking too. Well matched colours.
Do moaaarrr studies. From life if possible.

Do not be afraid to push that pencil harder to the paper. Use more contrast on your pencil drawing. The digital works are good.

sketchibo - thank you! I'll try in the next days to do more studies.
Pigeonkill - Sorry, was the first image I ever uploaded here. I was surprised how big it came out. Thanks for your tips! I tried it a little ;)
Creusa - Thank you very much. The colored one was fun. Thanks, I'll do more studies as soon as possible :)
LtPlissken - Thank you! I'll try xD There are many people who told me before but I'm always thinking "I'll destroy the paper"
I made some more studies. Drawn flowers. More Selfportraits and a scene from "Take the lead!", I loved very much.
And something I'd like to get feedback for, because its for a contest and I want to get those Copic markers. ;)

Nice! You can go in a lot of directions from here.
It looks like you have a certain manga flavor of body structure down well, but it only works for a very narrow range of characters and expressions. Aim for a stronger foundation.
Based on what you have right now, I would look into color theory and human anatomy, prefering real life studies over manga abstraction. But it depends on what you'd like to focus on.
