yes, good start. definately get some darker pencils and work the lines more..try playing with texture. i love the viewpoint with the horse in front. may i suggest getting a blanket or sheet and crinkling it or draping it over a chair? use that to get a feel for how a cloak would drape over the arm..see what im saying?
