WWII Remix

Todays DGS (DSG339:AbandonedRobot) had me scouring the web for WWII Pacific Theatre photos to use as reference, but I also found a few very nice European sets and was inspired enough to have a go at re-designing some uniforms.

Here's one with a bit of the Patlabor II Anime thrown in.

didn't really get the "abandoned" feel with them but the image is great.

I personally like the orange version because the red stands out too much in the 2nd coloring imho.

The abandoned robot bit was just the DSG title that prompted me to search for WW2 stuff. This pic was just something I did after. I agree about the colour though. I whacked it through the effects>focus>sharpen tool in Painter but didn't show enough restraint. :D :rolleyes:

They have got tiny hands.

Not too sure about the idea of having rather bright easy to see army uniforms - makes them an easy target.
