Heya all. 2nd post, thought I would post a pic I did of an Orc since they are prevelant on these boards. I have no talent to color this, and no wacom to try. Hopefully that can be a future purchase. Let me know what you think, and if you like it feel free to color it all you want.

Well i started messing around in PS7 and I think its going well so far. Can someone explain to me how to import a texture into PS? I have a custom made metal texture for the armor that I want to use, but I dont know how to import it.

also any suggestion on how to make the armor shiney?

The shading on the neck should be abit darker.

And as for PS troubles...try www.polykarbon.com....I think that might help.

Oh, and it may just be me, but that body seems ape-like as compared to orc-like. There may be no difference at all, it's not like I could go to the zoo and check out orc anatomy so feel free to ignore that statement, but someone should look into that.

Out.

I didn't know there was a standard when it came to drawing Orcs...but the picture is great and it's gonna get better once you color it...keep up the good work.

Thanks for the nice replys guys. I did finish it to the best of my abilities and posted it in the finished section. I realize im not the best artist on this planet (obvious statement), but practice makes perfect.

Muffin - Why? I'll tell you why. Because unless you practice you never get better. Unless you post you never get critiqued so you can get better. Unless you reply with a crit that is helpful you get ignored.
