Concept character artist wanted

I'm looking to hire a freelance concept artist to do full color concept art of alien races for a scifi pen and paper style RPG that I'm working on. This is a solo project that I have been working on for quite some time now and will be continuing working on for at least the next couple of years or so.
I'm funding this myself so I warn you that I can only afford to pay around 150-200 bucks a month. I know this doesn't sound very appealing, especially for artists in Europe or the States, but in some countries 150-200 dollars is a lot of money so hopefully there is someone out there who would welcome the opportunity. For this amount I would be expecting two pieces of concept art per month. All in all I need 40 images so this would be an ongoing procedure.

I never expected to get so many replies in such a short amount of time. There truly are a lot of great artists here and honestly wish I could hire more than one. Unfortunately I have to inform you that the position has already been filled. I was lucky enough to happen upon an amazing artist whom I'm really excited to work with.
