The thing under his chin my mother`s got too seems a bit strange. I really don`t know what it`s called, but i think it could use some shading.

:p lol this is great. Makes me think there could be some storyline behind this that could alude to the freakish look on his face. Maybe he's some old guy that has just been put in a retirement home by a family that doesnt like him because he smells and he eats stuff, so he has to fend for himself... always watching his back and making sure not to drop the soap in the shower and stuff... and at this particular moment he's dealin' packs of smokes to get the 411 on the outside world.. and.. umm.. what were we talking about?
