the face and clothing are very nicely rendered but the hands need to be finished to the same level, they are too blurry.

This image is very beautiful - especially the face. You did a great job on the headdress with all of the detailed beads. The color choice is good too. Maybe try to bring some cool colors into your shadows. Your composition/design is strong.

More work should be done to the hands though and the bottom half of the image. The honeycomb texture in the hair and the blurs are a bit distracting.

Because the some friend say the first not exquisite, therefore I draw a meticulous one.

Very beautiful changes you made!
The new image has alot more vibrance and contrast.

You did all of those changes in 1 day - very impressive.
This is definitely a portfolio piece.

It's a well executed in the technique you've chosen, however...I do have a gripe with the her hands. They look like they could belong to Gumby. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but they do have a rubbery feel.

The other hand "reads" better in the new position in the second one, making it a stronger composition than the first, though the lighting on the left hand looks a little off now. (Which can be easily fixed.)

The improved detail on the hands in the second one also helps to make them work better. Although if I were you, I think I'd touch up the wristbands so they don't look so pixelated, and so they have a proper light source instead of being static. As of now, they look like placeholders.

Overall, excellent job. :)
