Does anyone know the artist or how Connie the cow is created? Any help would be great.

Hi,

If you're using Painter, that image looks like it could be done using:

Painter 8 Digital Water Colors with one of the Watercolor Papers from Painter 8 CD2.

In CPainter8CD2 > Paper Textures, you might find something you like in the following Papers libraries:

Painter 5.5 Textures.pap
Painter 6 Textures.pap
Painter 7 Textures.pap

In Painter 7, it might be done using the Water Color variants and, again, one of the Watercolor Papers.

In Painter 7, it might be done using the Water Color variants and, again, one of the Watercolor papers.

If you don't find a Watercolor Paper you like, scan a piece of watercolor paper and use it as a Paper texture.

I don't know how it would be done using Photoshop or other programs.
