Meaisín

Was just wondering about a couple of things and I hope this is the right place.
For some reason when I'm browsing ConceptArt or I decide to make a post/thread/upload an image etc., I appear to be automatically logged out. No apparent reason, suddenly I'm just logged out and met with the log in screen listing reasons that don't apply to me. Sometimes when I try to log back in, I can attempt to do so repeatedly, and be met with "Thanks for logging in, Meaisín" and when I'm redirected, I'm still not logged in. Can be pretty frustrating; atm; I can log in sometimes, like now luckily, but when I go to "manage attachments" on a post, the pop up box meets me with a login screen, and I stay logged out until I close everything down and return later. When it's like this, I cannot upload my images :S
Was also wondering about image attachments; in my posts, and some other people's, the images appear within the white frame "attached images", and then in other threads/posts images are throughout/interspersed with the text and when you leave a cursor over them it gives a filename, date and view count. I use the image attacher, 'browse', 'copywright info', 'upload' etc. I've spoken to a friend who apparently uses this method as well, yet his images are not in the white frame and have that small box of text I described when the cursor is left above them.
Thanks for any responses, sorry for all the text
Edit: Just tried to update one of my threads, went to 'go advanced - manage attachment'; pop-up was a login box with:
"You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You are not logged in. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and try again.
You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. "
I don't think any of these apply to me, and if I close that box and just go to another section of the website from my posting screen, I still appear to be logged in... rargh, strange...
