lol I WAS going to say to vary the line work some more with some thinner lines
But after the first 3 you seem to do that pretty well, only thing I can say is try to apply the kind of linework thats in say your ogre drawing to the digital ones you've tried, like in the 2nd drawing if the lines were thinner and varied more towards the middle of his body where the machinery is I think that would help
By the way the 5th one, the girls face looks really good

Thanks for the feedback. The first three were born from James Hawkins' techniques shown in the Gears of War Creature Design video from Gnomon.

His techniques really helped me loosen up alot. I'm still on the learning curve of relearning the hand-eye coordination on my Wacom hehe.
