Hello, I just discovered this section! I've done a couple of self-portraits lately. This is this most recent. I tried to do some distortion by shifting certain masses/planes of the face. Dunno how well it came off...

As a piece of art, it's pretty sick. I can see where the distortion is, but it still looks pretty accurate.

As far as likeness goes, no idea. Post your ref if you want crits for that.

It's from life in a mirror. Should I take a picture from that viewpoint or will any picture of me suffice if you're just trying to see whether or not I got a good likeness?
